WE ARE COMMITTED TO PROVIDE YOU WITH THE BEST POSSIBLE SERVICE

We treat all instructions as strictly private and confidential.
 

We will not disclose any information to anyone outside Coltrac Revenue Management without your permission unless:

We are compelled to do so by law or in terms of a legal court order;
It is in the public interest to do so;
It is necessary to protect our rights.

We endeavour to supply you with an address for legal service purposes, together with as much contact details as possible.

Payment is due within SEVEN (7) days of the date of the tracer’s report. For arrear payments, interest will be levied according to the legal rate.
 

We do not guarantee in any manner whatsoever, that a traced subject will remain at any address furnished, but if notified within 30 days (THIRTY DAYS) of the date of  the tracer’s report, we will at our option, either re-trace or reverse our fee.
 

Should the information in our tracing report have been correct at the date of such report, you will still be liable for our tracing fee even if you are not able (due to external factors) to achieve the purpose for which the tracing information was intended to serve. Such factors shall include but shall not be limited to:

The traced subject being unemployed, deceased, hospitalised, incarcerated or insolvent;
The sheriff of the court mislaying the process;
The traced subject evading service of the process - in such a case, we reserve the right to levy an additional re-confirmation fee;
Where we are asked to re-trace a person who is found to be at the address previously supplied;
Should your advice of non service go astray in the post and/or your request for a re-trace does not reach us within the 30 days (THIRTY DAYS) period referred to above.

Should you instruct us to cease working on a particular matter, we reserve the right to charge you for any costs incurred up to the date of receipt of such instruction from you, with a minimum fee of R 35.00
 

No credit will be passed or any fee reversed without a copy of the non service of the process being provided to us.
 

All our reports are confidential to you only and you may not make disclosure to any other party whatsoever, other than your principal or the sheriff of the court.
 

Although our tracing reports contain information which is to the best of our knowledge and belief, true and correct, we do not warrant the correctness of any information supplied and any action which you may take pursuant to our report is at your own risk entirely. No liability whatsoever or howsoever arising attaches to us, resulting from any errors, omissions or incorrect information.
 

Instructions are accepted on a “NO TRACE - NO FEE” basis.
 

The mandate period for result reporting by Coltrac Revenue Management is within four weeks of the date of instruction for standard tracing and within 5 days for urgent requests.
 

The information supplied is entirely for the instructing party's use and the source of the information may not at any stage be disclosed to any third party.
